Terms and Agreements

Agreement version: platform-2026-08-sunsplash-installation-investigation. These platform terms are written so customers, installers, suppliers and Suntecorb can separate product issues, delivery issues, customer-caused faults, installer workmanship and SunSplash payment obligations.

Platform Role

Suntecorb operates as a solar commerce, design, payment coordination, installer booking and workorder platform. It coordinates orders, payments, records, workorders and support reviews. It does not replace the customer, installer, supplier, manufacturer, courier, lender, bank or payment provider in matters each party controls.

Human Use Only

Accounts and transactional flows are for real people and real businesses acting through authorized human representatives. Automated agents, bots, scrapers, fake identities, synthetic users, unauthorized resellers and mass account creation are not allowed unless Suntecorb gives written permission.

Product Descriptions

Product descriptions, specifications, images, stock notes, PowerLoad matches and compatibility notes are provided to help customers choose suitable products. Customers must review model, voltage, capacity, warranty, site conditions and compatibility before payment. Final fulfilment follows available verified inventory, supplier records and order confirmation.

Product Delivery

Product delivery is separate from installer logistics. Delivery cost is charged or confirmed for the product order and no free-delivery promise applies unless Suntecorb states it in writing for that specific order. Missed delivery caused by wrong address, unavailable receiver, access restrictions, unsafe delivery location or customer delay may create extra cost for the customer.

Installer Booking

Installer booking prices are set by the selected installer pool, with Suntecorb adding the disclosed platform fee where applicable. Booking an installer creates a workorder for scheduling, acceptance, site evidence, progress tracking, feedback, closure and dispute handling.

Customer Presence

The customer or an authorized adult representative must be physically present or reachable at the installation site during inspection, handover, installation decisions, testing and closure. If nobody is available, the installer may pause or reschedule the work and any repeat logistics or delay cost may be assigned after review.

Customer-Caused Faults

Faults caused by wrong customer information, unsuitable or unsafe site conditions, denied access, misuse, overload, tampering, unauthorized repairs, grid/generator issues, water ingress caused by the site, unrelated third-party equipment, or post-installation changes made outside the workorder remain the customer responsibility after investigation, subject to applicable law.

Installer Responsibility

Installers are responsible for their workmanship, site verification, safety practice, tool use, wiring discipline, protection checks, mounting method, testing evidence, handover notes and truthful status updates. Workmanship failures, avoidable damage or incomplete work may lead to rework, payout hold, suspension or other remedies after investigation.

Investigation First

Every installation incident, disputed fault, damage claim, incomplete work report, warranty complaint, delivery issue or safety concern must be investigated using workorder notes, photos, timestamps, payment records, installer updates, customer feedback and supplier records before responsibility, rework, refund, replacement or payout decisions are assigned.

SunSplash Terms

SunSplash users must accept the payment, mandate, verification, delivery, installation and investigation terms before applying. Approval, deposit, repayment, provider mandate, default handling and order fulfilment depend on the selected SunSplash route and payment provider records.

Payments

Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed. Bank transfers are matched by order reference. Remita and other SunSplash provider flows depend on provider records. Crypto and Bitcoin payments are handled through the supported checkout route and may be final once submitted and confirmed.

KYC And Documents

Installers may register as individuals or businesses. KYC, identity, licence, business and address documents may be reviewed by Suntecorb before an installer appears for booking. Approval can be suspended if documents are false, expired, inconsistent or disputed.

Legal Review

These terms are operational platform terms and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before being relied on as final legal advice. Suntecorb may update this agreement, and continued use after notice or acceptance means the updated terms apply.
